What GG Arena collects when you book with us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Last updated 22 September 2026
To sign you in: your mobile number, and the one-time codes we send to it.
To run your bookings: your name, the sessions you book, the branch and times, and any notes you add.
To take payment: the amount, the method used and the reference our payment provider returns. We never see or store your full card number.
Optionally: your email address, if you give it to us for receipts.
To hold the lane you booked and let the floor team see it, to issue the tax invoices we are legally required to issue, to run your points balance, and to tell you about a change to a booking you have made. We do not sell personal data.
We only send offers and tournament news if you have asked for them, and every message carries a way to stop. Turning marketing off never affects messages about a booking you have made.
Booking and invoice records are kept for the period Saudi tax law requires. Your account and points balance are kept while your account is open. Ask us to close it and we remove what we are not required to retain.
Our payment provider, to take payment; our SMS provider, to send your codes and booking confirmations; and the branch team working the floor on the day you play. Each sees only what they need.
This site keeps your sign-in and your current booking in your browser's local storage so a refresh does not lose them. We do not use advertising cookies. Clearing your browser data signs you out.
