These terms apply whenever you book, play or hire a branch with GG Arena.

A booking is confirmed once you receive a reference and QR code. It holds one specific lane, table or pod at one branch for the window shown on your ticket. We hold the slot for 15 minutes past its start time before it may be released.
Prices shown include 15% VAT. A ZATCA-compliant simplified tax invoice is issued for every confirmed booking.
Cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your start time for a full refund to the original payment method. Between 2 hours and your start time, a 50% fee applies. After the session has started, no refund is due.
Each booking may be rescheduled once, free of charge, subject to availability at the same branch.
We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay online, or payment at the desk. Where a booking is left unpaid, the slot is held but must be settled before play begins. Refunds are returned to the original method and typically take 3–10 business days to appear.
One promotional code applies per booking and codes cannot be combined with one another. Automatic discounts based on group size, game count or session length apply without a code; where both could apply, the larger saving is used. We may withdraw a code at any time, but never after a booking using it is confirmed.
Points are credited when a session completes and have no cash value. Tier points determine your tier and are not reduced by redeeming rewards. Extended inactivity reduces tier points as described on the rewards page. Points and rewards are personal to your account and cannot be transferred or sold.
Please follow the floor team's instructions, use the equipment as intended and respect other guests. We may end a session without refund where behaviour is unsafe, where equipment is damaged deliberately, or where a guest is intoxicated. Children under 8 in the arcade must be accompanied by an adult.
Whole-branch and partial hire is arranged by quotation and requires at least 7 days' notice and a 2-hour minimum. A quotation reserves nothing until it is accepted and the deposit stated on it is paid. Separate cancellation terms are set out in each quotation.
Our branches are supervised, but play carries ordinary risk. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from failure to follow the rules of a game or the instructions of our team. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
